Quality for Zanini is winning culture that comes from the partecipation of thr whole family and is realized in the business process featuring all products they are constantly monitored at all phases of production.


Raw materials
There is extremely attention to the choices of raw materials with very high quality standards especially for the eggs from selected Italian poultry farms.


Production
Very important how it starts the production which begins with extrusoin at low pressure so dough as not to be subjected to stress. All the various pasta varieties are subjected to heat treatment (pasteurizzation) during the process. The production is dryed in static dryng rooms at low temperature where all pasta products remain for 16 to 20 hours. A mild temperature that keeps the taste of semolina and fresh eggs.

Information about egg pasta
The pasta is typical component of Mediterranean diet, 80 grams of egg pasta provide 355 calories. A reasonable value if you think that an adult need to 2400 calories per day, considering the low fat content. Combining an animal or vegetable protein pasta dish you get a full meal.
